After installing a cool Duvall windshield on their 1931 Model A Ford Roadster, Karl at Make It Kustom wanted to do a split grill shell as well. The car is running a ’32 Grill Shell, which stock has one big opening in it, but Karl wanted to make it something special and here’s how he’s going to do it.
In this video, you’ll see metal shaping done to match a wire form and paper template. It is the easiest way to see what the metal needs to do in order to take the shape you want. And then Karl shows us just how to get that shape to happen. Check it out.
