Jim Barrett with the Rocketeer Funny Car team just announced that their Nostalgia Funny Car Tow Rig was stolen between 11pm and 6:30am April 20th. Please help them find it. The Rocketeer Team has been a staple in Nostalgia Drag Racing and one of our favorites each year at the March Meet in Famoso. The truck is a 2006 Dodge 2500. It is Inferno Red and has a shell on the back that is wrapped with a picture of the Rocketeer Funny Car on the windows. Please help a racer out. These jack holes broke into Jim’s house two nights ago and apparently got away with a set of keys that went to the truck. Anyone with information is encouraged to beat the crap out of these lowlifes and then call the Beaumont Police Department at (951) 769-8500.
