Show Gallery: The Pavilions Cruise Night – Scottsdale, Arizona

(Photos by Bob Chiluk) – Bob’s last dispatch from his western vacation adventure comes from the nice city of Scottsdale, Arizona. Since the climate permits them to cruise and drive their junk all year, the Scottsdale area is a hotbed for cool car stuff. One of the most notable weekly events in the Southwest is the cruise night at an area of town called the Pavilions. Drawing about 1,000 cars per week, this is your typical wide-open cruise night that can have anything from rat rods to exotic cars prowling the grounds.

Bob sent us more than 100 photos from his evening at the Pavilions and it looks like he had a heck of a night. Hell, just the weather alone makes us jealous of him! We’re still months off from being able to hang out at a cruise night in our shorts and a t-shirt, so this gallery is just what the doctor ordered!

I use to attend the Pavillions weekly cruise when I lived in AZ with one of my vw’s. The place reaches maximum capacity 2 times a year, Barrett Jackson weekend (cause people try to sell thier car there) and Goodguys weekend but overall its one of the largest weekly cruises in america
