CraigsList is good, eBay is better, but RacingJunk.com is in a league all by itself. The place is dedicated to selling nothing but racing parts, cars, trailers, equipment, you name it. All the genres of racing are represented, be it open-wheeler road racing machinery to professional drag cars.

Want a jet car or wheelstander? No problem, at the time of this writing there were three jet cars for sale and one wheelstander to boot.

With the economy in the junk bucket there are some smokin’ deals available as people have been forced to divest their racing operations and toys to make ends meet. It’s curious to play the role of vulture, but hey, if the stuff is for sale the price is right, make the deal.
