One of the many companies we see out and about at events across the country is Hotchkis Sport Suspension. We’ve obviously been super happy with the way their components have transformed Project Buford T Justice from a wallowing old sedan into an entertaining corner burner that scares and surprises everyone we’ve convinced to pull up a piece of the bench seat on the right side of the car. We’re planning on a bunch more fun with the Hotchkis crew this year and that’s what has triggered this blog item today. If you are on Facebook, throw Hotchkis a “Like” on their page so you can keep tabs on what they have going one. So you’re asking, “Why do I want to do that?” The answer is simple….they are building awesome cars. Huh?

Hotchkis recently opened “Hotchkis East” in North Carolina. This facility is cool because they do everything from suspension installs to complete builds like the wild 1976 Dodge Dart that is being constructed from the ground up by the crew. We’re talking scratch built from the bare unibody here, folks. There’s a photo of the modern hemi sitting in the engine bay below and there are lots more build photos and information on the FB page. Additionally, lots of people don’t know that the Hotchkis California shop restores lots of old race cars for people. They are doing a Paul Newman car for Adam Corolla as we speak and the progress can again be followed on their page. These guys aren’t going to run you over with stuff you aren’t interested in…unless you aren’t into killer builds, cool cars, and high performance. If those things don’t spin your crank there’s a page about people dancing with cats that should be perfect for you.
