If you run Racepak stuff, chances are that you are using your car or truck in a pretty hard and fast manner. When you do that sometimes things happen. The occasional crash, maybe a little fire, or even just something as simple as during a mechanical thrash at the track a wrench slips and you jack up some wiring and/or sensors. When that stuff happens what do you do? Throw your Racepak stuff away? Hell no. You call Racepak and tell them that you have some stuff that needs to be fixed up.
This video was made by the Racepak crew and it comes at the time of the year when lots of people are going to be shipping their spares back or shipping broken stuff back to them for service or repair. In order to get your stuff fixed up in the quickest and easiest manner possible, following the right procedure is paramount. The company has a great process in place that will allow you to rest assured that you’ll be handled in the best way possible but you have to do end of your deal as well. This video tells you how to do that and it walks through the repair process on the Racepak end as well.
