RacePak’s New Web Series Is All About Illustrating How Data Logging And Information Gathering Isn’t Black Magic!

One of the things that Tim Anderson and the guys from RacePak have been working hard on over the last year or more is educating people on their whole line of products because they really do make stuff to fit tons of different budgetary and technological needs. For too long people have defaulted to professional level categories when the topic of data logging has come along. The reality is that any type of race car will benefit from the increased information gathering and precision data collection that a legitimate data logging system will provide.

Being that a bracket racing car does not need the same type of system that is on a top fueler, funny car, alcohol car, or pro mod, there are sportsman systems that give bracket racers, index racers, and other class competitors information that they have never had access to before.

If you are thinking that you don’t need this stuff because it would be uber expensive, over your head, etc we think that you are wrong. You likely participate in some manual data gathering now, right? Do you keep a log book of all your runs? Have a weather station on your trailer? You are already “data logging” now it is time to take it to the next level and not just have the weather tell you what it is doing but have the car tell you as well.

Data logging is not black magic, it is not reserved for millionaires, and it is certainly something that can help your racing program. Check out this video and we’ll be back with another installment in a couple of days.
