The RideTech Fun Machine Is Cranking! Here’s Where The Cars, Drivers, And Tech Guys Will Be This Weekend

There’s no one that has thrown themselves hard or more deeply into events this year than the crew at RideTech. From the build of the 48-Hour Corvette to the fleet of cars that they have running at events all over the country on a week to week basis, the RideTech fun machine is rolling hard. The thing that’s really neat about it is that there’s a lot more than just a lot of autocross competitions as the RideTech crew is also about educating potential customers, helping to lend advice on how to improve other people’s cars, and of course preach the gospel about the highest tech, strongest made parts on the market, right?

From weighing hot rods to explaining the hows and whys of suspension geometry, the RideTech staff that attends events are there because they walk the walk and talk the talk. You are going to get the straight scoop right from them on how to make your stuff work better right now.

Nutting will actually be at the SCCA CAM Challenge this coming weekend in Peru, Indiana so he’ll get to see the 48-Hour Camaro up close an personal as Todd Green will be wheeling the car at that event. We’re sure that there will be plenty of RideTech equipped CAM entries at the big show. Nutting is driving his stuff there unlike most of the racers.

UPCOMING EVENTS FOR THE RIDETECH TEAM
We have literally dozens of events under our collective belt so far this year, but the year is far from over!  Things will really be heating up over the next few weeks, with rigs and cars heading out all over the country.  Here are a few of the shows we’ll be attending this weekend, and why you should, too!

NSRA  Louisville, August 6-9
The 46th Annual Street Rod Nationals is one of the biggest shows in the midwest, with over 11,000 street rods flooding into Kentucky from all over the country, creating a spectacle you just can’t miss.  Along with miles and miles of gorgeous cars to drool over, there are also hundreds of vendors to browse through, a swap meet with more parts than anyone could possibly need, and a Women’s World section with exhibitors that will interest women as well as men and children.  We’ll also be weighing cars at this event, so if you’re registered for the show, bring your ride over and let us give you some unbeatable suspension advice!

Camaro Fest VI, August 6-8
Held in Bowling Green, KY, this event is now open to more than just 5th Gen Camaros!  A wide variety of seriously awesome musclecars will spend the weekend competing in drag racing, autocross, and road course sessions.  A spectacular car show and tours of the Corvette Assembly Plant are also on the schedule, so the weekend will be packed with amazing sights to see!  We’ll be displaying at this event and also offering a 15% discount on all Gen 5 Camaro systems, so stop by our booth and take advantage of the superior performance RideTech has to offer!

SCCA CAM Challenge at Peru, August 7-9
RideTech’s Todd Green will be putting the 48-Hour Camaro through it’s paces at this weekend’s SCCA CAM Challenge at the Grissom Aeroplex in Peru, IN.  The CAM class was developed to give traditional and contemporary American muscle cars a place to compete in a controlled environment, and it has proved to be very popular this year.  Todd has performed extremely well in this car at several other events this year, and we’re confident he’ll get everything he can out of the Camaro!  More info can be found at the link above.

48-HOUR CORVETTE UPDATE
In the whirlwind of 2015 so far, the RideTech stable has been both busy AND successful! It’s hard to believe that the 48-Hour Corvette was born only 4 short months ago. In that amount of time, it’s success has been stunning, even to us. As we indicated during the build, the group of product partners involved with this program is not just who was convenient, but who produces the absolute finest components in the hotrod and racing market.
