The guys at Comp Cams rule. Not only because they build some of the finest valvetrain components on the planet earth, but also because they are always putting up cool stuff on their Facebook page. Whether it is a caption this photo or answer this question or rate this car, there is something new all the time. Last night they put up a photo of some ’59 Chevy Tail Lights and asked the question “What car has the best looking tail lights?”

What do we think you ask….Hmmmmm. I’d have to say ’59 Caddy, ’59 Impala, and ’69 Camaro off the top of my head.
71 Barracuda…
Im a Chevy/GM guy but the sequential taillights on T-birds and Cougars were the best. I also like the simple round double taillights of my ’71 Camaro.
’59 caddy, ’65 impala (Ok. Thats a bit partial), ’57 chevy, ’68 cougar, ’67 tbird, most late 50’s Chrysler products.
1958 edsel bermuda
65-66 mustang……….
1964 to 1966 Thunderbird. They were such a hit that they also showed up on the California Mustang, The Shelby Mustang and the Cougar ( slight variation)
’70 – ’71 ‘Cuda, ’71-’72 Dodge Demon,’67 Shelby Mustangs,’67-’70 Mercury Cougars,’68 – ’70 Dodge Chargers.
1967 GTO
1969, 1970 Dodge Charger
67 Eldorado
654 Riviera
Typed too fast, 65 Riviera
I liked the 66 Riviera. Had one, wanted to make it sequential too.
1966-67 GTO
47 chevy car
My 67 Cougar. If you put the 4way flashers on at the same time as the turn signal, both taillights flash sequentially.
