St. Charles, Michigan residents were surprised to hear a crashing noise that came from an abandoned house in the neighborhood. As they ran over to investigate what had happened, they found bees by the thousands pouring out of the side of the house that a man’s car had crashed through. Neighbors fought to get close to the car but were repelled by the swarms, though eventually they managed to hook a tow strap to the car and dragged it away from the house. Arriving emergency personnel tried to render aid to the man but it was determined that he was deceased at the scene, likely from a medical emergency prior to the crash and not the ensuing heart attack of finding out that you’d just crashed into the one house for miles filled to the brim with bees.
Bee-careful.
Some days, you’re the windshield. Some days you’re the bug.
