Emily and Aaron Reeves, of FlyingSparksGarage on YouTube, have been thrashing on this cool cargo trailer conversion for a few months and we totally approve. They have taken their gooseneck car hauler and made it into a trailer they can haul the car in still, but that also has sleeping, cooking, and bathroom facilities inside. They’ve done it all themselves, and have put some serious thought into the way they want it configured, and we approve. I think this is the kind of trailer they will get tons of use out of when they are on the road and attending events of all kinds. Sure you can stay in a hotel, and I’m sure they will sometimes, but man it sure is nice to be able to stay in your own space on the road, or at events sometimes. Plus half the fun is sitting around a camp fire or cooler talking shop with friends at events.

Since the bathroom, kitchen, windows, and bedroom area have all been getting lots of improvements, but haven’t gotten completely done yet, they decided they just needed it “done enough” to make their first voyage with it so they can see how they like it. I approve, because if they need to make some tweaks, now is the time, and also because this will help keep the fire burning for wanting to finish it as well.
