DIY Shop Tools: Building A Hydraulic Lift Table From Scratch

A Hydraulic lift table can be very handy to have in the shop. Whether you are just trying to get something heavy to a more comfortable work height, or are actually needing to raise and lower something to get at it from a different angle it can be a good tool to have. If you are welding on parts, where you really need to be able to get at the weld joints, they can be invaluable. Here’s how to build a cool one.

Video Description:

The table was not built to lift heavy loads, but the structure seems to me to be able to withstand a load of 200kg or 300kg maximum, all depending on where the load will be placed, if the load will cover the whole table top I am sure the table will withstand even heavier loads. The construction of the hydraulically adjustable table was to relieve my back, and because it is easy to adjust the table, the work is much lighter and more comfortable. The force of the actuator is 10T, but such a force is not needed, better for such a construction would be a weaker actuator, so it would be much faster. The hydraulically adjustable table is very comfortable and versatile for work. We can carry out locksmithery, welding, assembly and repair work on the table. Thanks to the wide range of table adjustment we can lower it to insert the object and then raise it to a comfortable position. Thanks to the transport wheels, the table is mobile:)
