We’ve shared a lot of tool test results from the Torque Test Channel on YouTube, and besides giving the specs on each tool they are also known for giving information about what’s inside the tools. The reason this matters is because a lot of tools are made in factories that will sell private-label versions of what they make to anyone who wants to put in a large enough order and has a name to slap on them. This is not always the case with cordless tools, but it is sometimes and while seeing the external similarities can be obvious, sometimes the similarities are inside where you can only see them if you take the tool apart. And who’s going to do that with a brand-new tool?
