I would LOVE to have a CNC plasma table in the shop, but I know I can’t afford one. So I’m always looking to see if I can find one at an auction or something, for a good price, that doesn’t need so much work that it isn’t worth fixing. But they are few and far between. And then I look at DIY CNC Plasmas, or small hobby units. There are a fair number of videos on building your own CNC Plasma Table, but they are all over the place as far as price and capabilities so sometimes they just seem like more work than they might be worth.
This one here though seems kind of different. Watch the video and let us know what you think. And tell us whether you would try a project like this or not.
Video Description:
Welcome back to my channel everyone. Took a little break from YouTube, but I’m back now, with a new workshop and new video ideas! Now I was thinking: if I’m gonna make video’s again, I’ll make it easy on myself and get a CNC plasma cutter, and then I looked at the prices…. yeah.
So I decided to build my own! Total cost of this project: 750 USD, not including the plasma cutter itself.
