How To Make Rust Repair Panels Step By Step – Metal Shaping Shrink Stretch Profile Dies

Some patch panels are easier than others. Sometimes the hard ones look easy, and vice versa. Often the ones that have multiple shapes, like the insides of the doors on this video, can be very daunting when in fact they are made up of several simple shapes. If you brake down the shapes into buildable pieces it can be far easier than trying to make something that the factory stamped with a giant machine.

In this video here you are going to see how to make some cool stuff using some home made tools, shrinking, stretching, and even a custom die for the power hammer. Check it out.

Video Description:

On this episode of Make It Kustom, I repair a VERY rusty door on Jordans Model A Roadster. Heat shrinking, kick shrinking, stretching, home made tools, profile dies for the power hammer, TIG welding and more!
