HOW TO Part 2: STEP BY STEP Metal Shaping a Custom Dash – English Wheel, Bead Rolling, Wire Form!– Custom Dash For The Make It Kustom 1931 Model A Roadster

In Part 1, we talked about how Karl has made several hammer forms on his YouTube Channel over the years and they are WAY easier and cooler than I ever realized. I never had put much thought into it, but didn’t realize how useful this could be in my life. So when this new video came out with another hammer form, this time for a custom dash he’s building for the 1931 Model A Roadster, I was excited to see it. This is not a simple dash, and not something you could easily build at home without a ton more parts and pieces to fit together. Using a hammer form like this is the best and easiest way to make something truly custom and special.

But that was just Part 1, and here is Part 2 of the Model A Dash Build. Karl is going to use his hammer formed parts, plus his English Wheel, Bead Roller, and Wire Forms to build one bad ass custom dash. Check it out and see if you can learn how to make one of your own. This is awesome and it inspires me to make things out of sheet metal which I love.
