This Is How You Build A Custom Upper Radiator Bracket You Can Be Proud Of

When you first open the hood on your car, the first thing that stands out is the engine, and the second thing people notice is the core support area where the radiator is at. It is right up front, in your face, and is usually pretty boring unless you have some shiny cool radiator under your hood. If you don’t have something sexy to look at, or are just tired of the boring and barely functional stock radiator brackets on your ride, then this video is going to be a good inspiration for you. Yes this is a Fox body Mustang that is being modified, but the same principle can be used on virtually any radiator with side tanks and a core support. We’re thinking something like this will be cool on our S10 Blazer project, so it is time to get some inspiration.

Watch and love it. Oh, and before you gripe that this dude has a shear and a brake and a bead roller, know that you could do this with a cheap Harbor Freight electric shear, a home made brake or one from HF, and the bead roller is not a requirement. Dimple dies would look cool and not require the bead roller. Just saying.
