Memorial Day was first proclaimed and recognized in 1868 as a day to remember those who have died in our nation’s service. It is a day to remember those that have left us and thank those who continue to do the toughest job in the world to keep us safe and sound here at home.
Out of respect for the day, we’re publishing this as our only blog entry.
We offer our most sincere thank you to everyone who has worn the uniform in any branch and capacity. We off our most sincere condolences to those who have suffered through the loss of a loved one while doing the dangerous work that they do. This country simply would not exist without their dedication and sacrifice.
Enjoy the day and share your appreciation with both those who have served and those who have lost.
We’ll be back tomorrow with a full slate of of content.
