Television personality, and host Dennis Gage has suffered a horrible house fire that completely gutted his Indiana home. Gage’s family is all safe and sound, as is his collection of classic cars and motorcycles. The fire struck very early on Thursday morning, 2 A.M. is the figure quoted by local fire personnel.
Making matters tougher, Gage was in Chicago visiting with his mother who is apparently quite ill. It seem that the poor guy has a lot to deal with in the immediate future.
While you may or may not be a fan of Gage and “My Classic Car” you have to respect the man for his enthusiasm and up beat attitude on camera. We’ve been told that he’s that way when the tape isn’t rolling too. Hopefully that approach will help him through this difficult time and he and his family work to repair or replace their home.
