A Kentucky man is under arrest after a fatal crash involving high speed, a brand new Challenger, and two innocent people. The two people, a step-father and daughter, were killed when 30 year-old Bryan Lee crashed into them at 101 mph. The Mercury Sable that the victims were driving was completely demolished.
