It’s always good running into Shawn, Erin, and Aiden as they travel around hitting races with Phantom and the rest of the gang, and LSFest Texas was no different. As the voice of this, and all Holley events, I get the fun job of running my mouth and hanging out with racers and this year’s LSFest Texas a special one with some amazing racers and fans. One thing that made it exciting this year was the fact that Phantom wasn’t standing behind the car with a camera, but rather behind the wheel of the red and black ’55 Chevy. It was fun watching him drive although his first pass might have put a little more grey in both Shawn’s beard and mine! But he came back for the next round and looked good. They had drama all weekend with lots of cars to help, but they put on a hell of a show and had a good time, that’s for sure. And Aiden killed in in the burnout truck!
