The salt is quiet once again and as such our coverage of the SCTA/BNI Bonneville Speed Week 2010 is winding to a close. The vaunted Hot Rod Magazine Top Time trophy was awarded to the team of George Poteet and Ron Main who rocketed their Speed Demon to a 404mph record in the D/BFS class.
This is video footage from inside the push truck when the 399mph lap that backed up an earlier 409mph run was made. It was on this pass that the team got their much worked for 400 mph record.
