If you choose to hop onto a bike and go running through the woods, climbing up hills, and splashing through streams, sooner or later you will crash. It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when and how hard, and I speak from personal experience. When a group of guys go racing over the course of a year, you had better believe that they will crash out, and since this is the age of the GoPro and the Internet, you know that you will see the footage sooner or later. We’ve shown you some stuff from Enduro KeX’s channel before…he and his fellow riders are based out of Poland (we are pretty sure) and are pretty fearless. Near-vertical hill made of barely-compacted sand? No problem. Maybe a quick blast through leaf-lined forests? Sure, let’s go! A little stunt riding along the way? No worries, let’s go! But the pesky law of total probability is bound to step in every once in a while and sure enough, the cameras were rolling and captured some impressive fails. You’ll see some of the other riders botch jumps and lose it, as well as a personal viewpoint of the action straight from KeX’s helmet cam, and the incidents range from “abandon ship” to “Holy….!” It’s a fun hobby, so long as you prepare for the inevitable, and these guys usually bounce right up with minimal issue and/or injury, just as they should.
