Well isn’t this retro? We found some awesome in-car footage from back when Larry Larson’s Nova was all-pink and sporting a screamin’ 14-71 blower atop a 555ci big block Chevy. The Lenco was still present and accounted for but the elapsed times were far slower than they are today.

One thing we really love about this video is the fact that you can clearly hear that big 14-71 working away as the car hauls through the traps on the big end of the track. We rode in this thing on the highway when Larry pulled first through fourth gears, there still may be a small stain on that passenger seat.

The car was cool then and cool now. No doubt!
