Playing In The Mud With UTVs At The Southern Rock Racing Series Stop At Bikini Bottoms Off-Road Park!

The more we see of the Northern and Southern Rock Racing Series, the more we like it. These guys are drivers who have all of the courage and flamboyant driving style of a Group B driver crossed with a monster truck wheelman, but absolutely none of the self-preservation instinct to hold things up. The rockbouncer rigs might be the stars of the show, but the undercard UTV races aren’t anything to ignore, either. These powerful side-by-sides can run hard and their light weight is sometimes an advantage over a rockbouncer on a hill. At the second race of the Southern series at Bikini Bottoms ORV park, thirty-nine UTV drivers went head-to-head on a sloppy, muddy course that the wet Tennessee spring had created. If these guys didn’t understand the sideways driving style of rally wheelmen before, they either learned it quickly or found themselves sliding on the greasy sections into the bushes. And just because part of the Rock Racing Series is all about impossible sections, there was a hill climb. You know, because flinging around a snarling RZR in the mud just wasn’t tricky enough, right?
