Project Binky Gets Some Bad Ass Cooling! You Have To Check This Out Because It Will Inspire You

Cooling systems are often treated with little or no respect, especially when it comes to projects that are nearly done but well and truly smashing the budget. It is easy to convince yourself that a cheap radiator is a good idea and that the money saved will insure that your car gets on the road instead of being held up by some high dollar pesky cooling system option. The unfortunate part is that a lot of times this results in cooling capacities that are not able to keep up with the horsepower that the combo makes. Then you drive a car that overheats and causes issues and makes you not trust it to drive regularly or far. That sucks, and we don’t want anyone to end up in the situation.

In this episode of Project Binky you’ll see an amazingly well thought out, executed, and configured cooling system that not only fits into a tiny package but does so in a way that allows for cooling the engine, the intake charge, and the passenger inside the car. That sounds like a win win to us, not matter how you slice it. There is a lot of fabrication going on here, and we’re pretty sure that a lot of you out there can’t do a lot of it, but man it sure is cool to see and we’d love to be inspired enough to make something like this on our own.

I watched this episode a few days ago when it appeared on yotube and all I could think of when it finished was they are going to need more that that one fan to pull enough air through all of those aluminum finned obstacles.
