The guys at ShareTheDrive.com have shared an epic one with us. This video shows Harry and Daniel Davies accounts of their father and son roadtrip behind the wheel of Bill Burnham’s “Old Blue” Ford Roadster. Bill wrote for Street Rodder Magazine for many years, and is Daniel’s Grandpa. The car was built in 1976 at home in a garage and has over 150,000 miles of road trips under it’s belt. This untouched car manages to bond a father and son, and that son to hot rodders everywhere.
This is one of those stories that makes you want to grab your kid, or your dad, and go for a road trip. Some of us are lucky enough to have done a lot of road trips with our Grandpas, Dads, and friends, but not everyone gets that chance. Check out Harry and Daniels video about their trip from Northern California to Washington behind the wheel of a real deal home built roadster.

Nice car! Glad to see it. Bill was a real hot rodder.
I remember Bill “Burn em” doing burn outs at Pleasanton in less politically correct times!
