We’re not sure what the two dudes in this video were thinking exactly, but we sure as hell know that neither one of them wanted to stage first. There was some waiving and pointing and gesturing and undoubtedly some stuff that we couldn’t hear because they were in the car. The guys at FreeLifeFilms, who make the DVD’s from the race put this clip up from the DVD and it’s awesome. We dig staging duels around here, and are glad that these two decided to entertain us.

Seen it happen plenty of times – but usually the starter can pull the 20 second rule and red light both of them. No winners just two pissed off racers and both disqualified.
Pretty cool, but I think the starter must have thought he needed a break.
