Ever look at a car and wonder just how much crap was attached, bolted-on, fitted, glued, or taped on? Well, Mighty Car Mods is about to show you just how much gingerbread you can actually add on to a 1990s Mitsubishi Lancer two door and keep it running. The Lancer (Mirage) is “Too Sexy”, the rice-tastic turbo beater that Marty used during MCM’s recent turbo buildup. Looking at this rolling dumpster fire before the teardown will bring about flashbacks of 2 Fast 2 Furious: all show, no go cars that were made mostly of the same plasticky crap that you can find in cheap, throwaway food storage containers. But in the case of “Too Sexy”, that wasn’t even the starting point of bad. The red and white interior had faded to pink and white, except in places that were filled to the brim with detritus, seats that were covered in…well, let’s just say “something”, a dashboard that qualified as a health hazard, and carpeting that just needed to be burned. Marty and Moog plan to strip all of the B.S. off of the Lancer to give it some kind of credibility back…here’s hoping they have a big enough dumpster for everything that’s coming off!
