Mike Bilina is a fixture in the Great Lakes Gasser group and you know this car from its several appearances on the pages of BangShift. Rourke and Chiluk love this shoebox because they get to zap killer wheelstand sequences every time they are hanging off the wall when it runs.

In this video, Bilina is apparently involved in a wheelie contest, which is like putting Chad in a pie eating contest…everyone else is playing for second place. To completely psych out the guy in the other lane, Bilina does a bumper dragging DRY HOP after his burnout. That is just his subtle way of telling the guy that he should just save face and back out now. The old Chrysler product stays put and does a respectable wheelstand, but Bilina’s car is set up to go into low Earth orbit, which he does successfully when the tree comes down.

The other reason we love this thing is because it does these bumper draggers and then lands in a very controlled fashion, allowing Bilina to leg the car through a run. It is not some wonky thing just designed to pop wheelies and bounce down the track. It hangs the hoops and then once all of its appendages are attached to terra firma, it hauls ass!
