You’ve got to give the guys and girls at the ADRL credit, they know how to put on one hell of a show. They pulled out all the stops at their final race of the season by having two monster trucks from the Bigfoot stable come to Texas and race side-by-side for an eighth mile. We’ve seen monster trucks try to run 330 feet and wreck, but the trick here was the fact that planning was involved so the trucks were set up correctly.

We think the coolest part may be the burnouts. The trucks must have been equipped with line locks because they actualy perform stationary, tire smoking burnouts before the run. The tires look to have been heavily shaved for the contest.

Will they make a habit of this at ADRL races? Who knows, but we bet the people who were at the track in Texas are still talking about it!
