I’ve seen two motorcycles that I would qualify as radically overpowered. One was a bike built around a Cummins 6BT, and the other was Dodge’s brief foray into schizophrenia with the Viper-powered Tomahawk. Neither bike makes any real sense: both engines are more than capable pieces in a four-wheeled vehicle, yet they are hooked to motorcycles, providing the rider with enough horsepower and torque to render the bike’s weight completely and utterly moot. Add this particular creation in: a motorcycle, powered by the V-12 from an Aston Martin DB9, with a mural of Homer Simpson in riding gear on the fuel tank. We don’t know the name of the builder or the guy with the titanium pair that is willing to ride this thing, but we do know that we’d be more than cautious with the throttle. Like “let the engine idle itself to road speed” cautious. Imagine the likes of E.J. Potter taking this monster on!
It´s not registered for use on German roads, he reckons he can´t be bothered to get it registered. I´m betting they´d never let him.
Took eighteen months to build.
Registering custom anything in Germany on the best of days is damn near impossible in comparison to the US so its no surprise the builder is unwilling to jump thru the 1001 hoops needed including the builder being registered as a ‘ Manufacture ‘ just to get the damn thing considered .. never mind get it road legal .
As to the bike ? Boss Hog gone all British gentry on us becoming Sir Boss Hog . A bit over the top … but then again … why not .
Reminds me of…..
A fool and his money are soon parted.
Those tires look ridiculously small on it!
Should have made it a kick start
