There are bad days at the office and then there are BAD DAYS AT THE OFFICE. A Los Angeles area livery service driver crashed the car he was driving into an exotic car repair shop damaging a Ferrari and Lamborghini. Oh, he also damaged the 33-year old woman who was riding in the back seat of the car. The driver left her bleeding from the head on the sidewalk before he beat feet into the wilds of LA. At the time we’re writing this, the guy has not been found but it isn’t like his name and info are a mystery as he was an employee of a livery service! If he decides to stop by the house to grab some toiletries, fresh undies, or the crack pipe he must have been hitting before going to work that day, the LA county mounties will surely scoop him up.
We certainly do not mean to diminish the seriousness of the passenger’s condition. She was very injured in the crash. Reportedly she sustained a broken pelvis, a broken jaw, and a broken right leg. It sounds as though she was not buckled into the back seat of the car but that is just conjecture on our part. Typically people who are belted in do no sustain those specific types of injuries (broken jaw to name one).
Police have not released their report from the accident as of yet so we are not sure of the speeds or circumstances that led up to the livery car smashing face first into the exotic car repair shop. Livery drivers are not supposed to hit anything, that’s kind of their job, so when a guy runs a car straight into an exotic douche-mobile shop it is akin to being struck by lightning while riding in a 1959 Cadillac with Elvis and Bigfoot.

That street curves to the left there. It also has a combo parking/traffic lane next to the curb that has some nasty dips and potholes. People speed down the curb lane because there are less cars in it. From the looks of it he was hot footing it down that lane and lost control of his car in the wrong place.
And, no most of our passengers do not wear seat belts. “I trust you.” is the answer I get all the time from them when I mention it. I guess she trusted the wrong driver.
