There is mounting buzz about a legitimate Formula One entry from the US. Currently the team name is the inventive USF1. The team is raising capital, signing sponsors, and preparing to hit the track mid-season in 2010.

This team claims that they will use only parts made in the USA to build the car and make them competitive. It does seems funny that a country without an F1 team would be picking up the bill for F1 when they came to town.

So would you care if there was an American team (made up of Americans) racing in F1? Would it compel you to watch or would you continue to simply flip by the channel? We like the idea about the US parts only,
