Carnage Photos: The Aftermath Of The Incredible Folding Plow Truck Video

Carnage Photos: The Aftermath Of The Incredible Folding Plow Truck Video

Yesterday I stopped by DMC Racing in Halifax, Massachusetts to catch up on some of their bitchin’ projects, new products, and to catch a glimpse of their famously dead yard truck that we dubbed the “Incredible Folding Plow Truck” after running video of it literally folding in half while plowing. (Link to the video is below). Anyway, Dennis told us that the truck was still in one piece after the videos were shot…and then he tried to move it. That’s when the poor GMC broke completely in two. Thinking on his feet, Dennis shifted ‘er on down into 4WD and actually made a little progress before the front half pulled away from the back, ripped the wires off the fuel pump and died. What you see below it how the truck sits today. Someone in the comments mentioned that the only thing holding it together at the end was the e-brake cable and that tough son of a bitch appears to be intact!

We’ll be bringing you good stuff from inside the shop where some of the most bad ass small tire drag cars in the country get built a little later today, but since so many of you checked out that video, we wanted to provide an epilogue and show the final condition of the battle wounded truck. We vote that they put a cell in the cab, plumb it, and drive it around as a front wheel driver for kicks!

SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE TRUCK!!!

      Yes! lol!

That e-brake cable was probably the cause of it’s demise applying the brakes to the rear as it drove itself apart.

Also, there are several types of rocks I can think of that would break if you tried making a truck frame out of them.
