2023 was the year of the projects for Dave Newbern. This dude was so busy, and went to so many places, that it is no surprise how many cool projects followed him home from his adventures. The entire year was full of cool rides, cool new projects, and tons of cool iron at wrecking yards, junkyards, collections, and more. But there has to be a final project of 2023, and it’s going to be this sweet 1930 Model A Ford sedan. I dig this thing. I mean DIG this thing and it would take a lot for me not to chop several inches out of the top. Just look at it? It’s begging to have the roof dropped on it. So what is Newbern going to do with it? On this episode I travel down to Mississippi to pick up my new project. My buddy Nick Farris has several projects but one that I fell in love with came up for sale. It is a 1930 ford model A that he got from his uncle Tony. Tony was on a previous episode and he gave us a tour of his car and truck collection.
