Ryan’s square body Chevrolet C10 is a pretty cool truck, but like many projects this thing started out with a running engine that didn’t last long. So a big block from a friend became the powerplant of choice and in our opinion that’s a lot cooler than just throwing a generic LS in it. I mean we’re fans of LS Swaps, don’t get me wrong, but there is something special about a C10 with a big block. This truck is a street strip style build, but is definitely more street than strip. There is still more to come on this project, but this interior refresh is going to make a huge difference.

Video Description:

Well we have tackled most of the mechanical stuff on Slick Rick except the AC and the rear end. And while those things are important, the interior of this truck was an eyesore. It wasn’t the worst but it definitely needed makeover. Now usually I make things more of a hot rod not typically restoration but being that I used to do this for a living, I thought what the hell let’s make some videos of it. This wasn’t in the plans at the moment but when the wife says let’s get this damn thing done, you say okay. My wife and kids surprised me with almost every component I need to complete the interior for my b day, and what I don’t have is on the slow boat on order. I tried to hold out and make this all one video but parts availability has been holding me back so I thought I’d share with you where we are with the truck since we last left off. Thanks for watching ! Drop a comment down below and let us know your thoughts on the 84 GMC!
