Here’s a quick video of us taking our 1966 Chevy C50 truck, which we’ve dubbed Goliath, for a cruise up the road with the youngest BangShifter around, Tom Lohnes. Tom’s been pining for a ride in the big green truck since the day it rolled off the trailer and into his life.
We certainly were not going to strap him and his car seat into the truck before we were 100-percent sure that the brakes and steering gear were in good working order. Well, they are now, so we were able to give him a ride in the lumbering giant. This exterior driving video also does a better job of giving perspective to the size of the truck.
Dig the killer backfire as we pull out of the driveway. There’s still lots of work to do.
