Start Your Week Off Right…With An Airplane Drifting Donuts In The Snow

Start Your Week Off Right…With An Airplane Drifting Donuts In The Snow

It is official: Bobby Breeden is a freaking overachiever when it comes to piloting an aircraft. I say that not only as a writer, but as someone who has worked the rudder and stick before. We’ve shown you how he can land and take off with only twenty feet of travel space, which on it’s own is the rough equivalent of telling physics to get bent, but his latest stunt is simply showing off. We are about 95% sure that this is another Super Cub aircraft, similar to the STOL stunt plane that we featured before, but whatever the tool is, how he uses it defies belief. No aircraft should be able to drift donuts…yet here Breeden is, not giving one flying f….ok, maybe giving one…while he does better donuts than some automotive drifters are capable of doing. I imagine that his weight and balance sheets have to allocate space for both the amount of courage he has and the weight of his cojones. This is flying taken to a level nobody ever thought about going to.

I saw a retired USAF Colonel do that on pavement at an air show… In an F86… Except he forgot to put the gear down…
