Cash Days baby! My favorite street racing anymore has got to be card draw cash days events. Chip draw is okay too, but either way it has to be old school street racing if you are going to do it right. This great video from the boys at 1320Video is from the Kansas City Street Outlaws Cash Days that just went down. There are a lot of legit cars coming out of the KC and surrounding areas, and they are here for serious racing and serious cash. Check out the video. And watch closely as you’ll see some of your favorites from TV not hamming it up for the camera, and really do the racing.
I really wish Bangshift and other reputable sites wouldn’t promote this crap. It’s encouraging illegal street racing, something the drag race community has been an opponent of for 70 years. It’s bad enough we’re making these clowns and others like them rich and famous. Yes I am aware this was done in a controlled environment with at least a bit of crown control. But I failed to see any vehicle containment barriers, emergency vehicles at the top end, a ton of hard and very static objects for these multi thousand HP machines to hit and more than a few accepted vehicle safety violations. At least with No-Prep, these morons can wreck their expensive toys without taking spectators or public property with them.

When Chad is using the words “serious” and”legit” Bangshift is all in on this.
And it aint going to change.
It’s just unfortunate.
They have made a conscious decision $$$$ to be a vehicle for this type of activity.
