(Photos by Wes Allison) – While many people say that Labor Day weekend officially ends summer, the fine people of Southern California don’t likely agree. These lucky dudes and dudettes are in the “summer” atmosphere many of us take for granted all year long. Just because they have the glory of the great weather all year does not mean that they lack an appreciation for great events. After all, one like this has been a part of the car culture for more than three decades and it shows no signs of slowing down.
While some people like to sit in their backyard and slurp down adult beverages while grilling a steak or three to mark the weekend, hot rodders love to get out there and spend time among their own and boy did they ever. It was smiles and automotive appreciation all around at this show. You’ll see gassers, customs, hot rods, t-buckets, and American classics in all of their various forms in here. We dig this show and we really dig being able to share it all with you after our visit. We hope you have enjoyed the photos as much as we enjoyed snapping them.
Is that a Ferrari powered Ford 32?
