You didn’t think we’d make you go all the way through Monday afternoon at work without another fix of Bonneville Speed Week 2017 photos did you? Hell no! Cole and I haven’t been shooting all these photos for our health, it is all so that you can follow along and see what is happening. While some racers have been challenged by this year’s salt conditions, there have all been some very impressive record setting runs so we know it is all possible. Watching these cars leave the starting line, knowing that just three to five miles stands between them and a cool trophy and hat, lets you know that anything is possible. There is a sense of adventure, determination, and satisfaction you won’t find in other motorsports, and it is a riot to watch!

Because of a couple challenges with a crash, where the driver was lucky to receive no serious injuries, racing was delayed for a couple hours today. That still didn’t stop plenty of racers from backing up records or qualifying for new ones.
