We’re back with more photos from the 2017 Grand National Roadster Show and this time we’re taking it to the streets! Ok, that may be overly dramatic but these are all cars and trucks that were not inside the various buildings at the Fairplex but rather parked outside to bask in the natural light of the SoCal sun. You can get a good sense of the laid back vibe of this show through these photos.
As intense as the AMBR award contender experience is, filled with hopes and expectations, the majority of people who come to show their cars do so to have a food time, not for awards. Nothing wrong with chasing the coolest trophy in the world but every car you see here was at the GNRS because the owner wanted to bench race, show off his stuff, and enjoy the weekend. Ain’t no shame in that game.
