(Photos by David Whealon) – Photography can be seen in the micro or in the macro. In the micro, photos capture tiny moments and freeze them. In the macro they capture a time and a place as a collection. Over the next few days, you’ll be able to see 2021 in the micro and the macro thanks to David Whealon and his talented eye and quick trigger finger. David has put together a collection of amazing snaps he grabbed over the course of 2021 and we’re going to share them in a four part series, starting today.

David shoots all different types of stuff and that’s what so cool about this. From NHRA drag racing, the Southeast Gassers, mud bogging, PDRA, road racing, tractor pulling, there’s something for everyone here. There’s also a wide array of people shots as well. Steve Johnson peering into his pro stock motorcycle, pro mod teams, and the list goes on.
