(Photos by Cole Reynolds) Here is our sixth, and final, gallery of photos from the Goodguys Spring Nationals in Scottsdale. They feature cars, trucks, hot rods, classics, muscle cars, and more from the car show, plus a bit of autocross action as well! While the weather was crappy in a lot of the country, including here on the West Coast, Scottsdale had the wonderful Arizona weather everyone loves and that’s why there were tons of enthusiasts packing the grounds with hot rods, trucks, classics, and more. The show grounds weren’t the only place with action though as the Goodguys Autocross was in full swing as well! Cole left town last Thursday with a group of racers from SoCal on a caravan to Phoenix for the Goodguys Spring event there in Scottsdale. He arrived Thursday night to hang out with Bret Voelkel, Smitty, and the rest of the Ridetech crew and got a killer meal at Pappadeaux out of the deal on top of a great place to stay! Thanks Bret! Friday morning he was out at the show early, shooting cars on the autocross as well as the show grounds and thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful Arizona weather. Meanwhile it was cold and raining here in “Sunny” SoCal but since we only get the wet stuff a few times per year we’ll take it without griping too much. Cole was there all weekend and got six galleries worth of photos to share with all of you so check out the first one below. We’ll have the rest coming to you over the coming days so stay tuned for those as well. This first one has a lot of autocross action with a touch of car show as well.

Where have all the real Hot Rods gone . Nothing at these shows but 50’s 60’s and 70’s cars for the most part . Another era of automotive history slipping away . Sad .
