Mustangs, Mustangs, And More Mustangs From The Carlisle All Ford Nationals

Mustangs, Mustangs, And More Mustangs From The Carlisle All Ford Nationals

(Photos by Joe Grippo) Pony car fans rejoice, all you Ford fanatics are in luck because we’ve got nothing but Mustang photos from the Carlisle All Ford Nationals this year. Clearly the Carlisle show has tons of awesome examples of Blue Oval greatness, from Fairlanes to Galaxys, F100s to F250s, Coupes and Sedans, Falcons and Rancheros, Mavericks and Pintos, Torinos and Shelbys, and so much more. But the Mustang, the car that started the pony car craze, is still the most popular Ford at any show and this one is no different. Because he happens to race a pretty bad as Mustang, Grippo has a certain eye for them, and that’s okay with us. I’m a Camaro guy to the core, but if these guys are as into their Mustangs as I’m into my Camaro, then they are okay with me.

Check out this great gallery of nothing but Mustangs from the show, and prepare yourself because we’ve got one more too! Whether you like notch backs or fastbacks, Shelbys, GTs, Boss cars, Cobras or anything else, this is going to be a gallery you can appreciate and so can we.

Make sure to click on any photo below to make them large and to scroll through our slide show. It’s the quickest and best way to look through all our photos and they look best that way too!

Oh and don’t forget to tell us which Mustang is your favorite in the comments at the bottom of the page!

The interior of the barn find turquoise 1970 Mach I because my first car (in 1973) was a lime green metallic 1970 Mach I with identical white “comfort weave” interior. Put a Sun tach on the steering column and I am back home cruising and raising hell! I still sometimes think about the car and how I would build it if I had it today. Good memories.
