SEMA 2017 Monday: The Show Outside The Show – Killer Cars And Trucks On Display

SEMA 2017 Monday: The Show Outside The Show – Killer Cars And Trucks On Display

Here we go! This is our first official gallery from the 2017 SEMA show. We ran around this morning outside the convention center to see what we could see outside. There are hundreds and hundreds of cars and trucks in front of the building, in the back of the building, across the street from the building, and to the left and right of the building. All of that stuff was kind of off-limits today but the machines parked out front? Those were fully open and we drooled on many of them.

You’ll see some new trends in here, some continuing trends, and a lot of big trucks populating the grounds outside. Tomorrow we get unleashed on the one million square foot convention center floor to see all of the new products and the stuff inside the building, including the multiple cars that are being unveiled as part of the show. Here’s an appetizer to get you started!

Why is that worn out looking 911 with an apparent lift kit in the gallery?

Was it waiting to get into the junkyard that is just off camera…….

Glad to see my friend made it out there with his 67 Belvedere. I think he said they have a special thing going on for “amature projects done on the cheap” this year. He was there to show you don’t have to be a millionaire or go to some over priced shop to do a modern hemi swap.

If I had to guess that’s probably why the Porsche was there.
