(Photos by Bob Chiluk and Greg Rourke) – In what will be a recurring theme over the next couple of weeks, we’re back with more photos from the 2017 Meltdown Drags at Byron Dragway in Illinois. The “House That Ron Leek Built” was absolutely jammed to the gills with cars, people, and coolness last weekend and the people came from all over the continent to take part in the race which has established itself as one of the greatest nostalgia style drag races in the world today.
These galleries are not organized into any particular order or fashion but they are wall to wall full of awesome. From dragsters to straight axle cars, altereds, AWB door slammers, and pretty much whatever else you can dream up, it was there. Rather than blabbering on, we’re just going to tell you that the awesomeness is below and your job is to click the photos to blow them up and then snick your way through all 75!
