If your boss is a drag racer, chances are you hear about his or her exploits on a week to week basis at the track with their race car. If your boss is a professional level drag racer, they likely have a practice tree in their office like Aeromotive founder Steve Matusek. In this hilarious video, Matusek, who makes his pro stock debut this weekend in Denver , takes on a series of employees at the practice tree and mangles them all. Some worse than others but no one gets out of this one unscathed. With lines like, “Oh…engineering this ought to be good!” The short clip will have you smiling.
As mentioned above, Matusek will race NHRA pro stock for the first time after getting his license recently in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The car is a Chevrolet powered Mustang and he is running as part of the Elite Motorsports outfit. He’s always been a leaver and he is a specialist with a clutch pedal as he ran clutched pro mods for many years before swapping to a torque converter in 2019. His reaction times during licensing were awesome and he is looking to employ that technique this weekend at Bandimere Speedway.
