That’s right, kids it is that time of the year again. We’re gearing up and heading for Bowling Green, Kentucky this week to bring you the best coverage of the 2014 Holley NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion you’ll see from anyone, anywhere. Plus, thousands of photos, and all the inside stories and bits from the pits you know and love us for. Lohnes will be announcing the event so he’ll be providing the human audio soundtrack over the airwaves and he’ll be joined by guys like Bob Frey who will be hosting the Cacklefest at the event….which is epic.

We’ll be live from the opening bell on Thursday morning right through the end of the Cacklefest on Saturday night. The weather looks awesome, there’s confirmed reports that a full field of top fuel dragsters will be on the grounds at Bowling Green, and the whole place will be jam packed with the coolest hot rods, nostalgia cars, and drag racing luminaries this side of the Mississippi. We have made a tradition of broadcasting this race for several years now and you’ve made a tradition of watching it so tune in again starting this Thursday morning at 11am Eastern Standard time (10am local Kentucky time).

Here’s the event schedule for you to check out!

I’ve got a couple new tools in my arsenal to make this years coverage better than last years

You guys at bangShift sure know how to keep “Candles Lit!” Thanks for the live broadcast!

Can’t figure out how to link to the live stream from Bowling Green. The page on your web site says “click Here” but when I do, nothing happens. A big red button that says “watch live stream here” would be easier for us old guys.

Can we have the sponsors put some money into the “streaming video”? It would be nice to watch our friends and family racing when we can’t make it out there!

I feel it is not easy pulling that “LIVE STREAMING” feed perfect especially in that Area of our geography. But when it was working it was worth the wait. Thanks BangShiftChad for trying and hopefully the stuff you guys are getting will be edited and broadcast at a later date.
